I had my stuff stolen in the locker room. Even using a lock. And seems not to be the first time it happened. What can I say more? How can I return and not expect to be stolen again? Who will cover all my loses and all the consequences of having stolen the car keys, cellphone, etc?

Very clean!!! Some equipment could use some help, in particular the rowers, but at least they have some!

I’ve seen the good, bad and and one point how awful this gym was. Within the past month I have seen such a change in the way staff interacts with its members, cleanliness, and positivity! That change has been passed along to the members as well. I’ve noticed such a huge difference in the way people are treating and respecting the gym. As a multi gym owner myself I have go to say the new management in place (John) has proven how much a simple change in leadership can make a major difference. Keep up the hard work John. You and your team at the Pearl “ 24 hour” Fitness are creating a wellness environment people want to be at!Thats Real AF 🔥🔥🔥(some of you will understand my last headline 😂🤣)

I don’t know why people have bad experiences with the staff at the front desk. They have always been helpful and friendly to me and everyone else that I’ve ever seen approach them. I see complaints about cleanliness but some people feel entitled and leave messes. It happens in nearly every business or public area. The staff are not eagle-eyed janitors that are waiting to pounce on trash, but I do see staff making rounds to clean and sanitize from time to time. The parking lot is small and there’s not much that can be done about that. But the building is in a very walkable area that is two blocks from a bus stop and one block from a streetcar stop. It does suck that it isn’t open 24 hours a day, or even later than 10:00pm but maybe they can extend the hours again at some point.

This gym has lots of equipment and most of it is well maintained. Employees are helpful up to a point, definitely not in your way. Plenty of cleaning supplies. They sometimes forget to open; not sure what that's about. Other than that, I always get a good workout here.

24-hour fitness, which is open for more like 12 hours is not good. The sauna is disgusting, the equipment is regularly out of service, or should be, and the staff at the desk seems disinterested or grumpy when asked questions. If it weren't so close to my house I'd have left years ago. Almost any other club I've visited is better.

First time at this location. Interesting layout…but it was clean and out of all the locations I’ve been to in Portland, Estefa gave me the best front desk service of them all. She’s truly a gem.
