My daughter has been with Empire for a few years and absolutely loves it. It’s her home away from home and she would be there all day if she could. We’ve watched her grow as an athlete, make cherished friendships and develop as a team member at Empire. She’s learned how to work hard for her goals and push her perceived limits which are lifelong skills we’re grateful for. The staff are passionate about what they do and are experienced in all aspects of All-Star Cheer. Highly recommend.

This gym has been amazing for my daughter. They take their athletic skills seriously but also their core values. Great gym. Great team! Also, Hailey is such an amazing coach.

This gym has been a god send for my son. He's always been welcomed, encouraged and helped whenever he has needed it. The coaches and staff are great! I'm glad we found this gym!

Empire Athletics has been my cheer home & family for 3 years now. They helped support our Pride Cheerleading Association adult team, Cheer PDX, get off the ground when we were just a baby team. They continue to honor and support our mission of raising funds and awareness for the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.They have also offered top notch coaches trainings, cheer camps, and private tumbling classes for my high school athletes at an incredibly reasonable price. That is sometimes hard to come by when you are a lower income school.Their staff is kind, understanding, tough, and highly decorated professionals.If you're looking for a place to start cheering or to continue your cheer journey, Empire is the family for you.

If you’re not with Empire, you’re missing out!! The coaches, staff and athletes are all amazing! You can feel how much love and dedication they have just by stepping in the gym! Run, don’t walk, to go check them out!

when i came to Empire for the free cheer clinic in april, i immediately fell in love with the environment and the entirety of cheer. i would 100% recommend Empire Athletics . i look forward to maybe cheering with you in the 22-23 season!!!
