Great gym with lots of strength training equipment: free weights, squat racks and machines. If you want to achieve your goals sooner I recommend using one of their personal trainers. Noel (the owner) is an awesome personal trainer. Being a busy parent, I appreciate how efficient and effective his workouts are. Foster Fitness is a friendly place with great people. Definitely one of the best gyms in portland Oregon. Much better than those chain gyms.

Friendly staff, clean facilities. Plenty of variety in equipment/weights. Trainers on staff, very nice non chain gym to get a workout.

Great local gym, cool vibe. Noel was nice and didn't charge me an arm and a leg while i was visiting portland over labor day weekend. I am super grateful and got great workouts in. Also, he made it easy whereas the planet fitness down the street wanted me to fill out all this paperwork, route bank payments, and charge me a startup membership fee just to use their facility for a few days.

Horrible service! I would not recommend. His prep drug advice lead to a two day hospital visit. The Doctors said I was very lucky nothing permanent happened to me. When I told him what happened he acted like he didn't care and was rude. STAY AWAY!!!
