Love these guys, no haggle, no hassle, total professionals. We bought a Matrix treadmill and it was delivered an set up within a couple of days of visiting their facility. Steve, Wayne and Pat were great to deal with and would highly recommend them.

These guys were amazing. On short notice I needed my beast of a treadmill (Bowflex Treadmill 22) taken apart and moved to a new house. They said no problem and made it happen. They were friendly, professional and prompt. I would highly recommend their services in moving exercise equipment.

We recently bought BOTH an elliptical & treadmill- if there were 6 STARS you guys would be getting ALL of those!From the first message I sent inquiring on the units to delivery & setup as well as follow ups everything has been so great!The equipment was delivered in NEW condition. Both machines run like new as well. They were maintained well and we are VERY pleased.Steve and his crew were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Very helpful and we will definitely be doing business with them again soon! Very pleased

I have not worked with GFS very long (new to a management role) but I appreciate everything they have done for my business so far! I have purchased two new pieces of equipment that were in fantastic condition and very popular with our members. GFS is also very reliable and attentive. They are quick to stop by if any of our equipment has issues.

Amazing customer service, and I’m not even a customer yet! The guy I spoke with about potentially repairing my 15-year-old treadmill was incredibly helpful. He could have charged me $$$ for repair but suggested I buy new online (i.e. not from General Fitness Maine) because all I need is residential not commercial. The guy gave me ideas, suggestions, guidance, even models and price ranges to look for, and then for the cost of a service call General Fitness will come to my house and assemble my purchase and make sure everything is good to go. 1000% chance I will call General Fitness Maine when my new treadmill eventually needs repairs.

Had a great experience with general fitness services! I bought a Matrix treadmill that is refurbished. Looks basically brand new and runs great and is very quiet. I run between 2-3000 miles a year and about 25-50% of those are spent on a treadmill. I had a non-commercial treadmill that I ran thousands of miles on, and it never felt as solid as this machine does, even brand new. I also think its great that you have access to trained staff to service the machine if it needs also. That was a problem with my other machine was finding someone and parts to service it. Go with this place, you won't be disappointed!
