I love this gym and the people who work there so much! We joined this gym when I moved to the neighborhood 3 years ago. I am so impressed with the equipment and facility and the staff. They have a nice variety of classes and plenty of equipment for people to use to accomplish what they need to at the gym!

While the prices are reasonable, I find the class and membership cancellation fees crazy. If I’m waitlisted for a 6am class and someone cancels at 1am and I get in, I need to either check my email in the middle of the night to change plans OR pay $10 for “no show”?! Unreasonable. And to charge a cancellation fee AND require a month’s notice when someone wants out of their month-to-month, non-contractual membership… It should be one or the other. The classes are more geared to new gym goers, senior citizen types. Aside from Ashley’s bootcamp, everything is very low impact, slow, and not very challenging. Not to mention the classes end up being about 30 mins of work after all the intros and instructions. As far as facilities, it’s nice. Decent amenities. If you’re wanting a clean gym with sufficient equipment and to take the occasional class, this gym is great.

I was in town for a week and decided to do a week membership. The staff were friendly and informative but most importantly made me feel comfortable. The gym offers classes, personal trainers and multiple cardio/weight machines as well as free weights and kettle bells. I did not use them but I did see that there are showers available too in case you need that. The gym is open 24 hours if you have an entry key however the listed hours are for when the front desk is staffed. Thanks again for the great experience!

I've only recently joined and I'm really loving this gym so far. Great classes and super knowledgeable instructors. Gym is clean and not over-crowded. Ultimately, a great neighborhood gym.

I have been a member here for 4 years now and I continue to be so happy about it! The classes and teachers are excellent. I feel like I have learned so much about proper form and different types of exercise. There always seems to be something to meet whatever it is I am in the mood for whether it is gentle yoga and meditation or getting super sweaty. The people who work here are awesome - friendly, helpful and responsive. I also value their contributions to the community - they always have a barrel for the food bank, charitable options at the holidays, and they donate for local fundraisers. It is an extremely welcoming and non-judgmental environment. I work out during the day and it is never too crowded. They are continuously making improvements in the space and the equipment. I feel like I should add one negative thing just to balance things out. Whoever designed the parking lot for the building was spatially challenged :) That's it, that's my one complaint. Oh, and there is a delicious cafe in the same building so sometimes it is a bit tough smelling yummy food when I am working out.

Be very careful with the cancellation policy and terms hidden in the fine print on the contract you sign to join this gym. Long story short, my credit card information got stolen a few months ago and instead of updating my card information. I stopped going; life got in the way. There's an access card you use to get in the building and swipe entry into the gym. They have record that I haven't been in months. It was totally my fault for not staying on top of one of the many moving parts in my life. I ended up with a $100 balance on my account that I have to pay before I can technically “cancel” my membership. I now know that the policy requires 30 days written notice? It’s the first gym I’ve been a member of and I didn’t realize it was this tough to get out of a contract. My fault. The email collateral I received regarding a payment failure didn’t state a thing about $ balance accrual. A note to update the card to avoid a "fee" but I was completely unaware that this could end up being $100+. I’m VERY frustrated. There’s plenty of room to improve these lanes of communication, increase transparency and ways to lighten the steps of the cancellation process.

Love the feel of this place. It may seem imposing upon first entry, but that all seems to subside once you're really inside. I found this place when Tula Bakery was on the ground floor and I entered through the building. The front desk folks have always been friendly and so one day I asked if they had massage therapists in the place. Why, yes, of course, they do. Offered two different cards with info, I selected Namaste Rae. She's delightful and has the perfect vibes for me. It seems she has a set schedule and she's quite busy, so call ahead for your day and time. I believe she offers several types of massage. Whatever the type, I'm pleased. Google her name, you'll find a way to connect. The parking is sketchy at certain times of day and it's tricky to park larger vehicles, if you have a choice. A bus line runs on the street outside.
