The gym has every piece of equipment/bar you would need to train, and the environment is great as wellIf you're someone who likes to be social while training you would enjoy it there, but also if you're someone like me who prefers to keep to themselves while training people will respect that tooEven though it's not as big of a space compared to other gyms I've lifted at, I trained here for over a year and never had to wait for a rack or bench to open up

I've had a membership here off and on for about a year and some change. The atmosphere is always friendly, there are events and things happening in and outside of the gym, and people are typically there to work out. It's a powerlifting gym with 24/7 access at a really affordable month to month payment plan, no contracts. The equipment is constantly being updated and replaced and building being maintained with a new change in ownership recently, which also gives you access to another gym in town as well. Overall, highly recommend Strength Union.

I joined Strength Union just a few weeks ago and I can say for sure that I have never worked so hard in a gym. The coaching I’m receiving from Jordan, the owner, and Denis, another excellent trainer, is just what I need to build muscle and bone health. It is simple and efficient and really hard and really fun. Strength Union is a gym and a community where you get introduced to all the lifters by Jordan and everyone is welcoming whether you are a novice or someone who has been lifting for a very long time and whether you are young or not young!I’m so glad to have found my way there.
