My kids - 4 and 6 - ADORE Coach Andrea, Coach Tami, and everyone at the Children’s Gym! We’ve been coming here since pre COVID. Coaches are wonderful and kids have fun and learn valuable skills at the same time. Highly recommend!

Our son had his 3rd birthday at The Children's Gym yesterday and I have to say we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience we had. The staff were very professional in handling all of our requests, including unforeseen challenges that in the end, did not get in the way of an excellent time. The Coaches were very engaged with our group of 10, keeping the energy up and leading a fun schedule of activities that made for a memorable celebration. The venue was well setup, the mess handled and we walked away smiling. Highly recommended for a kids party, play-date or even joining one of their seasonal programs to help with developing movement, co-ordination and flexibility.

My son loves his weekly gymnastics classes! The staff is wonderful and we especially appreciate Coach James for managing to be attentive, calm, instructive and motivating with a group of toddlers! Thank you Coach James and Children’s gym staff!

Been going to gymnastics here for 2 years. The 5-year old loves it. Balance beams, trampolines, bars, climbing, rings and a stamp at the end for a job well done.

--My thoughts on the two prior reviews about children, the rating reflects my views of this business <3Sorry I am not interested in raising a docile meek child I am going to raise one with fire in their bones, i'm gonna raise someone who will always speak their mind, stand up for what is right, Be who they really are. The world needs revolutionaries! not someone who is being forced to grow up too fast and constrain who they are. Children of course need to be taught respect and to be considerate, but children need times every day to be children. They need to get out all of that energy so that they can be that other version of themselves the rest of the time. They need a chance to get the wild out! @rick E maybe you should look in the various other apartment buildings in the area or in portland and stop behaving like a grouchy old man and let kids have fun, put some ear plugs in. I feel like a lot of the time when people cannot handle children it is because when kids are around everything is about the kids because they are innocence, and those types of people just arent use to that...anyways the majority of your reviews seem pretty negative.

my kids are probably some of those who have behaved 'like children' outside those apartment complexes. parents, we REALLY should get a hold of our children and teach them to be reserved and docile at an early age when we take them to things like gymnastics. that review brought to light my failing as a parent- i will speak to my children tonight about the fact that they really are just mini-adults, and should behave as such. Childrens gym, i hope you will join me in reigning in all the hundreds of wild obnoxious children that live amongst us in this world. the joy of children's laughter and play should be extinguished.
