For me the best part of this gym is the sauna and steam room in the dressing room. In addition, there are several good sets of equipment and space to stretch and move. Treadmills, ellipticals, and there are classes most days open to the public.

Easy to find a time that is on the quiet side for a gym. Owners and staff are very friendly and actually listen to your feedback. A great alternative to the big bustling gyms designed for the 20 somethings. As a Silver and Fit member, I am very happy. I think you can try it for free.

Make sure to read the fine print. They will do whatever they can to get your money and screw you over. I had to cancel my membership and I thought I had a no contract membership. Try to cancel and they tell me I have to pay in full the rest of my contract to get out. The gym facility is fine nothing fancy but the staff and the customer service is the worst. Avoid this gym at all costs, they don't care about their clients they only care about the money. DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER OF WEST COAST FITNESS.

Increadably wide range of useful equipment, including a continuous climbing wall which is fun. Extras like relaxation bed, sauna and steam are great. And the all round condition of the facility is good. My only complaint would be that the change rooms are very old and dated, with only three showers and very few lockers available. Bring your own lock for the lockers.

I really thought these gym membership contracts that screw you over were a thing of the past. Nope. Not only are the prices here pretty outrageous for the services offered, they push hard to get you in a contract -even after being told repeatedly I did NOT want a long term contract. Gym equipment is meh, really basic -the kind of stuff you can find in your apartment clubhouse. The best stuff is caged off and it cost quite a bit extra to get access to it. Why can't I just pay one membership cost and have access to the gym? Employees were nice, but the place was mostly empty (actually a plus) and the 'structured tier membership blah blah blah' contract... NOPE.

My boyfriend and I have been members at this gym for over a year. This gym is great! They have some great yoga and spin classes and a really nice lifting area for members who want to pay a little more. A basic membership is a decent price in comparison to 24 hr fitness and provides a good class selection and access to a majority of the gym. Highly recommend getting a membership here.

Great gym, wide selection of equipment for use, steam and sauna rooms, polite staff, I pay month to month with the deposit and it's a great deal for access to 3 locations and their individual class schedules.

I had a 12 month contract to this gym. After 8 months in I received a membership to another gym through my work. I called right away and got in touch with Adelicia (sp?) and informed her I wanted my account to not renew or continue on a month to month basis when my contract was fulfilled. She said everything was good to go and it would end when the contract was done. I decided to call about a month away from my final day of the contract just be be thorough since gyms are notorious for this kind of thing. The person I spoke with on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and said I was going to be continued to be billed until I came in and signed papers so they had a "paper trail." It's irritating. Other things to note before joining this gym: They seem to be in trouble financially, they regularly spam people's cars with flyers in the near by Fred Meyer parking lot and the attached video store is liquidating. I'd be careful since the business seems desperate on top of being inconsistent with the information they give to their customers.

I was extremely disappointed with this club. I had been a member of 24 hour for years and was excited to join a local, smaller gym in my new neighborhood. However, it quickly became clear that this club is not at all on par with other gyms. The staff, while friendly enough, is not at all knowledgeable about the gym and its functions. It was extremely disorganized and there was absolutely no systems in place. I was particularly excited to try the spin classes and was extremely disappointed in the instructors and the classes. The gym itself and the machines were outdated and unclean. Not to mention the fact that I have had a horrible experience with their billing practice. Sadly, I no longer am a member of West Coast Fitness and cannot recommend this gym to anyone.

It's a great gym. The cardio machines can fill up quick during peak hours, and there isn't a pool. Rarely did I have to wait for a weight machine. The rooms reserved for classes are always open, so it's easy to find a nice relaxing place to stretch or do yoga. The showers always felt clean enough for me. I would still be a member if I lived closer.
