I did the yoga instructor training back in 2018, and unfortunately, that was a traumatic experience. Marcee is a harsh and unfair critic. There was a real hostility towards the trainees and her words became a part of my inner critic’s voice for many years after. If you would like to teach yoga then i would recommend looking to another studio. Please don’t be discouraged by the lack of options in Pueblo. Yoga can be incredibly healing done correctly.

Been going to Fountain of Health for 20 years. I can’t say enough about what a difference it has made in my life with all the injuries I have had over the years. All the instructors are very caring and knowledgeable and have worked with me on making me stronger. After Covid returning to the studio has not been an issue, it is very clean and safe environment. I would recommend the studio for anyone who is interested in making a difference in their life!

An amazing place! The instructors have extensive training and teaching skills that make their classes true learning experiences, motivating, fun, always with attention to safety. No matter our ability level or what facet of yoga we're interested in, whether we're upbeat or could use a little support, we're always welcome and invited to do whatever is right for us without pressure. A friendly atmosphere and beautiful studio. As a student here for 15+ years, I know that my experiences here have added immeasurably to my quality of life.
