Good machines. Usually not too crowded and quick to handle issues. The restrooms could use more attention than they usually get but they aren’t gross, just not as maintained as most places.

So far so good, I just started there this week and the staff is all very friendly and helpful. I’ve never been to a gym with amenities and they’re super willing to help me out.

Hadn't been for a while... returned when the "Y" turned off their TVs so that there was nothing to watch while on the equipment. Still a nice clean facility and a helpful staff. I still think they don't provide enough funding to fix the machines in a timely fashion. For example the abdominal crunch machine has been out of order since I returned and the staff has no idea when it may be repaired. It's a key machine for me and when it used to work there was always a wait to get on it.

Horrible staff here. I'll never go back. Most of the equipment squeaks when you step on it. I'm only 100 lbs lots of missing parts and screws laying on the ground. I've picked up to turn in.

This gym is my favorite location. Its usually clean and I like the lighting, layout and machines available.For whatever reason, however, there are several areas that smell strongly of feminine odor whoch is totally offputting. Seems like it needs additional cleaning because of what some people call hot weather. I felt like I needed a tee shirt that read "that smell isnt me" the last time I worked out here! Lol. Also the locker room was littered with trash.

I have been a member of this club for three years now. I was treated horribly by the staff there tonight, and my membership was forcibly canceled by the unprofessional staff that was on duty. I will be looking for a new gym home now.P.S.The response below was only given to make it look like they are being responsive. All they did after contacting me was give me the run around and everyone I have spoken to has claimed someone else is who can give me a refund. I would HIGHLY suggest not to trust Planet Fitness with your exercise journey, as this company does not care about it's members.
