My son has greatly enjoyed his tae kwon do experience here. It has helped with his focus, balance, stamina, coordination, and patience. It has also helped with his self-confidence, as he can see himself improve and get good feedback from the instructors. The class may have many students at once, but they are broken into small groups by ability and get a lot of individual attention from the teachers. They keep me as a parent in the loop. It's been a wonderful experience, and my son and I strongly recommend Chay's!

Chay’s Tae Kwon Do has been such an excellent experience for my son! I am very impressed with the school and the instructors. Instructor, Adam Rasmussen, is professional, knowledgeable, very engaged, and motivated. He is approachable, accommodating, and a positive influence! Best school around. Great instructors! My son started there in the third grade and he still goes there and he is in his 20s. Master Chay runs the school like it should be. Students work hard and maintain discipline but have fun doing it.

This place of business defines professionalism and class. The owner and instructors are of high caliber and strive to help you achieve your personal goals. The Krav Maga classes are superb! I would recommend to anyone that is curious about learning a realistic and serious form of self defense. This Dojang is kept extremely clean and organized and the Zoom classes offered during Covid-19 are over and beyond accommodating. Best class decision I have ever made!!

Chay’s Tae Kwon Do provides an excellent service for martial artists of all ages. My 5 year old loves it. It’s a great thing to get the little ones involved with. The instructors are top notch and work great with kids. Highly recommend
