Been a member since 2018. Joe runs a good gym and employs good people to maintain it.It sucks driving here, but that is to be said for all of Raleigh.Boutique style, but with all the necessary equipment to have a full and complete workout. AF is a great place for people who want to get in, and get out w/o the bs or for extended fitness training.Keep up the good work.

Great gym! Located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Gym is spacious, clean, and laid out well! Newer equipment throughout and easy to locate throughout the gym. At the time we went, it wasn't super busy which was nice! Owner was friendly and pleasant to talk too, he was engaged with the clients and working out himself which is nice to see!

This location does not participate in free trials. Found out this after website sent link with pass. Drove to spot and could not get in. Slow to communicate. Got automatic text about free pass not being valid two days after I signed up.

I’m here from out of town for a few days for a wedding. I was looking for a gym but this particular one does not even offer day passes or guest passes. That’s a first for me.
