Wish I could give 0 stars.I’ve called multiple times and left emails multiple times trying to cancel my membership. Oct 1 was the first call and email I made.Still haven’t heard anything from them. Still getting charged monthly.

It’s a nice place to do your workout but I tried to cancel my membership because I was moving out but they gave me some nonsense reasons. They never canceled my membership and kept charging me and I am not even going to that gym anymore. Some places when you call them and tell them the reason for cancellation they will understand and cancel the membership but even though I called this place few times and explained my situation to them they still ended up charging me every month.

I’ve been at this location for 2 days after moving from Texas and using AF there. Both days there has been little to no AC. The thermostat temp says 78 currently and it’s set to 74. There is no rep here at 3pm on a Friday to even bring it up to.

Love this gym ! The equipment is updated and well maintained . Definitely the cleanest gym I’ve been to in the triangle area .The membership is completely affordable and you have 24/7 access so no missing workouts on holidays ! Everyone is friendly and I’m able to get In and get out !
