I wouldn’t recommend this gym. I’m not sure how they used to operate before quarantine but they were one of the first gyms in the area to open during quarantine and they took advantage, charging an outrageous membership fee. This place has no AC, so keep that in mind during high 90 degree summer days, it gets super humid and stuffy. The fans don’t do much but blow hot air, although I knew this before I signed up. What I have issues with is this is a small gym, and it gets packed. There’s supposedly a limit of only 10 ppl at a time in the gym, but there would be 20-25 people in it. Rules say to maintain 12 feet away from each other, impossible when the gym equipment and machines aren’t even two feet apart. All the new assisted machines the owners placed is on top of each other and constantly breaking down. Bathroom is always dirty, as if nobody cleans it. On top of all this, the entire I was a member here, I had billing issues such as charging more than what I was told and would have to contact them multiple times to fix it. Once again, don’t recommend this gym. There’s a lot of other gyms opening up now. Not worth what you’re paying for.RESPONSE TO OWNER:You didn't give me a free month as a compensation, you just overcharged my boyfriend with what I would've owed for the second month, because you overcharged me the first month and never gave me that refund. My second month was most definitely not free. Also, I went to your gym every day when I was a member and went at several different times during the day as well, the bathroom was never clean. You installed the fan after I left, so I can't say much for that. I'm just saying, you don't get what you're paying for at this gym in my opinion.

This is a great facility! After some miscommunication issues the owner (Steve) reached out to me and gave me a free week. Unfortunately, I was not able to utilize this free week because I am a RN currently taking care of COVID-19 patients. I did not want to put the members at risk by continuing to use the gym. They have plenty of equipment and the members do a good job at cleaning once they are finished using it. They also play great music while you are there. It definitely adds to the pump! I recommend this place if you are trying to get big and be apart of an awesome atmosphere.

Best gym in the area. Super awesome bunch of guys running the place. So glad i was able to find when others started closing. Very laissez-faire and lots of freedom to actually train. If your job depends on your athletic ability, the covid gym shutdown was potentially a career ender when other athletes elswhere were continuing to get better.Open 24 hours with great quality, predominantly Rogue, equipment and a great atmosphere of people of all experience levels. Feels (like a gym should) like a second home sometimes.

Man this gym will separate mice from men! Workouts are super challenging & the instructors are patient with the newcomers. Steve thanks for providing a “judgement free” gym where I’m comfortable being me. You & your staff rock! ARCHETYPE STRENGTH! BE THE STANDARD!

Wouldn't recommend the gym. Can't come to an agreement with Steve, the owner, about what happened. I originally signed up for the challenge and right from the start nothing was organized. The person in charge of signing me up never explained much of the rules or what was going to happen moving forward. In the end, I completed the challenge and began being charged monthly for an ongoing membership which I never agreed to or at the least had not known about. Steve's defended it by saying it's in the terms, small print etc. To his defense sure it might be, but I'm not going to work with a small business owner who tries to trick people into charges. When it was all said and done I trained there for 6 weeks and ended up paying $1148. Was charged ongoing for the last 5 months and I never stepped a foot in the gym. Know what you're signing up for.

Love this gym!The coaches are super helpful!! When I first started (4 months ago) I could barely lift 5 pound weights, but with the help and motivation the coaches provided I am a lot more confident, and I am able to lift a lot more. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve started and stopped many gym memberships and have done the classes/personal trainers but none of that compares to this place! The attention to little things, the overly qualified coaches, and the no pressure/judgement from anyone keeps me coming back. The coaches take time to instruct to avoid injury and push you to become stronger. Questions are always welcomed and they work to accommodate everyone in the class. Steve (owner) takes great pride in his gym and all of his clients. He’s constantly available for encouragement, questions, and accountability! Joe and Travis (coaches) are welcoming, very knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable enough to step out of your comfort zone to surprise yourself! I’ve just signed up for my second challenge and can’t wait to see the results! If you’re thinking of trying something new to increase your health but “normal” gyms or CrossFit aren’t for you (like me) then I highly recommend checking out Archetype Strength..you won’t be disappointed!
