Good gym, clean equipment but in the afternoon the high school kids cause problems, rough housing, being loud and obnoxious. Employees just walk by and don’t hold them accountable for their behavior. Other than that this gym is nice

The cinema room makes your workout go by fast and the hydromassage chairs are the best way to end your visit. Staff very friendly and constantly cleaning. Best gym Ive ever been a member of

One of the best gyms in the area. Friendly staff who keep it very clean. Lots of classes, a pool, hydromassage chairs, a movie room, and tons of TVs located throughout. They also keep it cool so you don't get as drenched with sweat.

I cancelled the membership and they still charged me the annual fee and monthly fee. They have not contacted me about my refund. They basically think I lied about cancelling when I told them the day and time. I did ask them to look at their cameras to prove I was there. Also, you are not allowed to cancel in 10 days of your renewal. They do not tell you that. The gym is nice but be warn about cancelling make sure you get a signed paper before you walk out. If they do it wrong you are still charged and it is your fault not their employees.

Friendly staff, it feels good to be greeted by the front staff every time you walk in. I enjoy the classes and the trainers are awesome! The cycling trainer (Keith) is amazing and so nice! I recommend this gym by all means! Also, the gym always looks clean.

I love Chuze. I try to keep an active membership even when I’m too busy to go, because I love going when I can. I love the atmosphere. I especially love the support the staff and other gym members offer. I love that they go out of their way to greet you and say goodbye to you as you walk in and out, even when they are busy. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is 1) I personally think they keep their pool too cold and 2) they are currently remodeling and it doesn’t look it’s best right now.

This place has it ALL with affordable membership prices. Weights, cardio, classes, team training, turf training, juice bar, tanning, pool, hydro massage, KIDS CLUB. my kids love the KIDS club. All their staff members are friendly. It's clean throughout. Cleaning wipes are filled constantly. They got a body measuring near the front. They also got a cinema room where you can cardio while watching a movie.When can you guys open one in Pasadena, ca with kids club?
