Chuze Fitness

The workers here have an attitude, except for the dude that has the greenish hair he’s cool. Everyone else is awful. If you like gyms that are packed full of people that don’t know how to work out and use the gym as a social space this is the gym for you!

I love everything about this gym. The theater especially. Chuze always has a good movie playing in the theater. I also love how the employees greet you everytime you come and go. Very good customer service.

Staff is super friendly. Always a positive vibe when you enter the doorway. Love the immensities. Unlike other gyms I have been a member of in the past.

I like this spot. Fairly close to my mom's house in ontario. Nice juice bar. And it's the only location I've been to with a steam room, pool, and jacuzzi. Good for those non-workout, therapeutic type days.

This gym is clean and spacious and no one bothers me lolThe cycle room and the classes are my favorite.The amenities are great, especially those hydro massage chairs!

Good gym. Clean. Workers are nice. Great tasting protein drinks, kids daycare is cool, hours suck tho but I get it.My only real complaint:THE SCANNER IN THE WOMENS LOCKER ROOM LEADING TO THE POOL/SAUNAS … 😤😫 that thing takes FOREVER to scan. You can only enter that area by scanning. I scan my phone, I hold it at every angle, I turn up the brightness, I wipe the screen down and then finally it might scan. LOL.Cool gym tho I like it. LOL

I love this gym! They have EVERYTHING, even a power clean platform which is important for me. The staff is always friendly, the equipment is always clean and when your done working out you can go relax in the hydra massage lounge chairs or chill out in the tanning bed. If you utilize everything they have to offer I'm sure you will be very happy.

Love this gym. Steam, Sauna, Massage chairs are a must for me after each workout. They also have a pool and spa. Smoothie bar, so you can get a juice or drink immediately after working out. They are always cleaning and the employees are all very nice. They always make sure to say hello and goodbye. I really like the app with your own QR code. I used to do 24 hour fitness and they do thumb print. Dont really like that. Anyways hats off to the manager and owner.

The staff here are amazing they feel like friends/family! Probably my favorite part before working on myself :D Equipment is easy to use and the environment is a good vibe. Love this place. Thanks for having me as a apart of the Chuze family!!

Just had the most annoying experience with this gym after being a member for years.I tried downgrading my membership from all club to single club since I only go to this Chuze. That’s $25 a month to $9 a month. This was in August 2022The first instance was a guy I can’t recall his name but he stopped me at the front after I checked in being very rude telling me to stop because I don’t have a membership there, when in fact I did have a membership and had been overpaying since August because I still hadn’t seen the changes I asked for. This was October.Then today November I walked in with my whole account being deactivated. So someone named Savannah tried helping me and when I was explaining what membership I had to to what membership I wanted she told me “don’t be hostile”. And in fact I was being very calm about this whole situation.Then she started cutting me off and not even looking me in the eye when I was talking to her about what’s going on.Terrible customer service, and I never experienced that disrespect from any of the staff ever. But she should not be able to represent the company at the front if she doesn’t know the difference between annoyed customer and a hostile one.I won’t ever go back, and I’m currently waiting for a refund from the overpaid months.
