Awesome place to workout! Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. Koko takes the guessing out of what I should be doing for a workout. My BMI has gone down 4 points and I feel a lot stronger. I would definitely recommend anyone to give it a try.

Just finished the 6 week challenge. My strength increased 19% and I lost those 10 pounds I always want to lose. I love the weight workouts and the staff were always helpful, offering tips and encouragement. I highly recommend.

The people are super friendly and the workouts were easy to follow and not stressful. This was great for me, especially since I had never done strength training before. The meal plan for the 6-week challenge was a great resource & worked for us. I also love how clean it is.
