It’s a great place for starters who are looking to get a good workout in and learn some martial arts techniques. If you’re an advanced fighter, they have scheduled hours to work with the more advanced team. They will go at your pace and ensure safety. The team makes you feel like you’re part of the family.

CFS academy is a very friendly and clean gym! The respect you get is amazing and Dave actually cares about his team along with the other coaches. I come from a former gym and this gym opened my eyes to how a member should be treated. Located in a safe area. I felt very respected and welcomed when I first stepped into the building.update 11/11/2022- almost a year later and wouldn't regret switching gyms for anything. seeing myself and this gym grow over the year has been an amazing experience so far :)

Had my first kickboxing class at CFS Academy today! Learned a lot and will definitely be back for more. The owner Dave is a very nice guy and is very knowledgeable. Would recommend If your looking to learn the sport.
