It is my life's ultimate goal to travel to Reading and fight Owner and Striking Coach, David Harr. Am I tough enough? Prob not. Do I have any training? Well, maybe CFS can get me there. But do I have the heart? No. Nah bro, I don't have near the heart as Dave, but I'll die trying in the same way that young emcees would pay a million dollars to battle Nas or Tupac. The pain would hurt so good.But seriously- Dave is an incredible business owner and human, and is running a top notch operation. All the 5-star reviews here say it all. If you're serious about learning from someone who has studied and mastered the craft, give CFS a call. You won't be let down!

Great gym to train at! It's very affordable compared to other gyms and has some great instructors. Dave is great and teaches some great classes!

I had just started taking some kickboxing classes recently and the owner David Harr was really thorough in training and explaining the programs. He's really skilled and I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about learning boxing or any of themartial arts.

Amazing. Warm learning environment that makes it so even beginners like me can learn at their own pace. Teacher is outstanding and very friendly, and taught me a lot about Muay Thai. I am beyond interested and will mosy definitely be coming back for classes.

Great experience with the Muay Thai free trial. The owner, David is very accommodating and will let you approach things at your own pace if you're brand new to striking. Definitely check this place out if you have any interest in Muay Thai.
