Austin has always gone the extra mile to help me schedule sessions around my busy work schedule- the workouts themselves are challenging but doable as he builds up stamina and strength thru the various whole body exercises. Austin is personal and easy to talk with as well as flexible. I highly recommend Austin - I feel healthier, stronger and more fit since starting with Chester County Personal Training.

I met with Adam and Austin in July to talk through weight loss and strength training goals. With working full time and being busy with two kids I needed someone to keep me accountable that could work with my limited availability. Two months later and I’m down two jean sizes. I have a better understanding of my food - calories and portions, and look and feel better than I have in a long time. Adam and Brooke are my trainers based on schedules and they know my goals and have created and built on a personalized plan to help me reach and achieve them. I look forward to my training sessions each week and would recommend their services to anyone else on a personal health and wellness journey. They are educated and experienced in what they provide, are professional, and genuinely care. They are also a very welcoming, friendly and fun group. It doesn’t feel like work, it’s become a favorite part of my week and I’ve seen a full transformation in myself, body and mind. Highly recommend Chester County Training!

Great training that will show results quickly. Workouts 2-3 times per week for only an hour, but an hour of hard work that will only benefit you and your health. Great small place that you can trust will help you get in the shape you want!

Brooke was the best. (Adam was great at consultation). They work at your pace yet you will see the big result. I highly recommend anyone who wants to lose or gain weight in a healthy way.

I was referred to Adam from my chiropractor!!! I have tried many forms of exersice before but I knew I was lacking knowledge to how can I reform my body! I am very thankfull that I found them!!! I have tried personal training in the past but nothing meets or compares from what I have experienced so far by training with Austin!! I have allready seen the shape of my body change in inches and lbs only within the first month also my strength level has been improving gradually!! Off to the second one I am looking for more challenges and to keep going strong!! With his guidance and knowledge I do certainly know that my physical and nutritional goals are being met!!!

This training facility is top notch. I train with Austin and he is by far one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. He has helped me shed fat while building some nice muscle and all in a matter of weeks. He knows all about building muscle in the proper way and the nutrition tips to get you there. Yes, he does push me at times, but not to the point where I don't want to come back for another session!! You will not be disappointed if you trust them with your fitness goals.
