The Best!! Adam and his trainers are the absolutely the best around. I have been training with them for 9 years now - he has dropped my weight , added a lot of muscle and dropped my body fat to under 14%. By far the best trainers you can get!!

I have been working with Adam and Brooke since the beginning of August, and I have loved every minute of it. Not only have I lost over 40 pounds in that time, yes, you read correctly, 40 pounds, I have also learned to look at food as fuel and not as a treat, a social necessity, or anything else that provides an excuse to overeat. The workouts are a highlight of my day, and I can't imagine not working with them, even after I reach my goal weight. The support, encouragement, and relationships developed are priceless. I encourage anyone wanting to be stronger, better conditioned, lose weight, or all of the above to give them a call. I can't say enough great things about either of them.
