Bad experience at this particular location. My partner did an online order for a kayak, she properly paid for store pickup and extended the pickup time since we are an hour away. When we arrived they noted they had the pickup, but as we were waiting, they came out and told us they mislabeled and didn't actually have the kayak in stock. They gave us the option to take a refund or pick another kayak similar in model and price. Which would've been amazing if they weren't so eager to get her out of the store. They were more concerned about getting out on time than fixing THEIR mistake. So she got frustrated and took the refund. Wasted over 2 hours driving and dealing with their lack of tenacity to take care of us. Guess we'll be shopping elsewhere with a company that actually cares about their customers.

Only now finding out that they don’t carry any hunting inventory at this store.Used to be faster to drive here instead of Cabelas which is twice the mileage from my house. But I guess I’ll need to go to Cabelas for the little things I need.

Poor customer service. Wanted two kayaks but they only had one. Asked about ordering a second was told they would not order one due to high demand. However the Pottstown store had one so I could dtive an hour to pick it up. No thanks. I will take my money elsewhere.

It's a great place if you need to find out the size of something you want to buy, or to feel various items in your hand before you go online and find the exact same items, brand and quality, for half the price. Rather unfortunate really. I wonder if it's worth it when they have sales? That I don't know.

I love this place! The clothes and the sneakers are great and they have so much variety! But be careful when you buy something because today I noticed few pieces of clothes that were damage like a little cut look like when some body open boxes with boxes cutter and they go too deep and cut the clothes on the process! I took pictures so you understand what I meant.

This is the second year in a row that they have kept my bike for over 3 weeks for simple repairs included with the protection plan I paid for. I am extent disappointed with the level of customer service. I was told as soon as parts are ordered they would call to let me know progress. That NEVER happened, I call today week 3 and was told one bike is done at 3om today? (Magically) And the other bike they aren't sure about its BEEN 3 WEEKS, THE BIKE HAS A FLAT TIRE WHAT IS UNCLEAR ABOUT THAT? I will never buy anything from your store again and urge you to stop selling bikes with protecting plans, since you obviously have trouble honoring your agreement.

Nice store, even on Black Friday! Clean and comfortably lit. They have a good basketball section though it could be bigger. I found everything I needed plus some. They also have large golf and hunting sections.

This was our first visit to the Reading location and while I love this store, this particular one was quite hard to push a cart through. There were several sales people in the store but no one offered to help us find anything. The friendliest person in the store was the one checking us out at the end.
