this has been one of the 10 top mma , bjj gyms on my list of travels i am also a bj,j practitoner as well as working for a sports column as a journalist and have been to mma gyms on west coast as well as east coast the professors there welcome me with open arms, very friendly and experience would definitely recommend this gym to any one looking to get into shape or self defense as well

I really enjoy this team.Professor Robson, Professor Kenny, Professor Kirk, Professor Yesi and coach Matt set a great example of humility and a positive learning environment. Everyone I roll with are kind and good natured win or lose. But everyone works hard.I’m very thankful for the time I’ve spent with the team so far. Looking forward to more time on the matt!

I recommend this gym to anyone. The professor has thought me a lot on the arts. I have learned a lot and it had helped me in the gym and every day life. 3 months in an have won in 2 tournaments. He is very supportive and motivating.

Great gym to train bjj and muy tai. Professor Yessi , Professor Kenny and Professor Pereira are top notch and really take the time to help you learn whether your a beginner or experienced. Very competitive especially bjj class. Very affordable and there is no limit on classes you can take!

I have been there for a few months and learned a lot so far. I didnt want a gym that trained in "hypothetical" fighting...learning a few moves then going live is exactly what will make you better. Everyone wants to help you get better. Trial by fire is most times the best way to learn...train like its real life is my philosophy. Great gym, and great people

This is a place I would recommend to anyone. I have really enjoyed my time here, the professor makes thing really easy to understand. It is really about the technique. He wants to see everyone win and pushes everyone to their limit. The team is very friendly and helps out a lot. Anyone who sees it differently is because they have not put in the effort. It is very reasonable.
