The good news: It's cheap and the places I use are clean. They have a lot of equipment, machines, weights, etc. and everything seems to get used. The bad news: Everything else. Nobody who "works" here knows anything. There is no trainer – despite what their website says. (You should think about maybe changing that.) But shouldn't ppl who work here at least know how equipment works? They don't. And frankly they don't seem interested. Totally feel like they think their job is standing behind a counter. They don't know how wi-fi works. You're on your own with equipment. Paper towels are not absorbent. Signs all over asking for equipment to be wiped down after use. What's the point? I don't use showers or locker rooms, so can't speak to that. Based on other reviews, that seems like a wise decision. Can you really not hire SOMEONE who understands fitness? Even on a p-t basis? I'd happily pay for that. It's pathetic that there is nobody here who can walk a new customer (or a potential one) around to give them a quick tour. They don’t even know how to adjust equipment. Your website says "our staff is friendly, and our certified trainers are ready to help." You have no trainers and your staff is not friendly. If you visited, you might know that. I do a lot of stuff at home and outside, so I don't want to pay big $ to go to a gym. If it weren't for the price and the fact that I can go here when weather is rotten, I would not have joined. I find the "owners" responses rather upbeat considering some of the comments. As for the club manager? Didn't know there was one. And I've enquired. Clearly the "owner" doesn't know anything about the place he owns.

Parking sucks. Too small of a facility for the amount of people here. Poorly maintained I'm literally counting at least 8 treadmills with temporarily out of order signs on them. No cell service and the wifi is nonexistent. At least this place is clean.

Just joined this gym and will be leaving this gym. For starters it’s 2023….why is this location’s cell phone service so bad to the point where I can’t even listen to music while I work out?! Secondly, the women’s locker room is absolutely disgusting. Trash on the floors and toilets haven’t been cleaned in what looks like years. Lastly, every time I go to clean the machine I was using, there are no paper towels to even clean it with…during flu season! These seem like pretty basic maintenance and cleanliness issues that every gym should follow but clearly this one is extremely poorly managed.
