I was having a lot of problems with Planet Fitness for the last three months. I found out I was pregnant in March and decided my membership that I have had for 5 years would have to be put on hold since I wouldn’t be able to use it as often as I’d like to (mostly I used it for tanning). After talking to the company on the phone a million times and being charged over and over again I learned that I could change my location to make it easier for me to go in and cancel in person. When I went in to the Shillington location I prepared to hear that I would be able to cancel but would not receive a refund, which would have been upsetting but at this point I just needed it cancelled. The manager there was SO HELPFUL, she talked to me calmly and made sure I knew that my problem was a priority for her that she planned on fixing ASAP. Not only did she fix the problem but the area manager allowed a refund and she personally called me to give me an update. I have gone from never wanting to be a PF customer again to anticipating coming back once I am able to. Thank you to the Shillington manager for all of your hard work and determination to your customers! This woman definitely deserves to move up in the company being that she was way more helpful than anyone else I spoke to in the chain!

I love planet fitness , has all the equipment I need after having 2 surgeries in 1 year I'm feeling so much better. And I'm grateful for the Tootsie rolls because I forgot to eat breakfast the one morning and when I was almost done I felt like I was gonna faint and my head was pounding . I'm diabetic so I had 5 or 6 tootsies and I felt better and the headache went away till I got home to eat . I only live like a mile away. Ty so much

Great value if you do not like or need group classes. They keep everything very clean. Lots of cardio and weight lifting options. Open 24/7. However, getting resolutions thru the owner has never been successful. For done reason they gave trouble changing their clock twice a year with day light savings.
