don’t ever go to planet fitness, i canceled my membership MONTHS ago, and found out they have been continuously charging me, you can’t get a hold of any of them because they are so rude and u helpful, then to find out they won’t be refunding me, blatantly STOLE money from me because of a fault of their own staff

I feel very safe in here during Covid-19... the staff is cleaning all the time and Planet Fitness has every other bike, treadmill, ect. blocked off.It's never overly busy

Wish they had more free weights but it is definitely a decent gym . Alot of treadmills and elliptical machines for cardio and the dumbbell weight are higher than the Planet fitness on 5th street. Only downfall it is currently not 24hrs which would be nice based on your work schedule or time you prefer to go to the gym day/night .

Love it here! It's beautiful and a lot of wildlife. If I am feeling great I can do 5 miles with a small mountain trail or do a flat field. Perfect for someone with kids or an illness. Adirondack chairs to sit on, and even a 3B Ice Cream across the road.

This gym has really went down hill since I started going here. I go to the gym 6 days a week for about 2 hours each day. So I know the place and workers pretty well. I’ve been going here since September and the staff has gotten worse and worse. They are not friendly and will go around and yell at you for not following their rules to a T. They have made the gym a very uncomfortable place for me and have made me feel not welcomed there. They tend to stand up front a lot with their masks down and are loud making fun of people working out which I find funny because they will go around and tell people to put their masks on but they don’t even wear theirs. There are definitely a group of them that act like bullies when they all work together. I do not recommend going here especially if you are a first time goer to the gym. Not a friendly comfortable environment like it’s supposed to be.
