Always busy and there's always somebody cleaning off machines. People at the desks are nice and when my aunt had asked about tanning they were very knowledgeable and helped her.

I regret having to report that I had to quit the club in haste after having felt oppressed by management when I was told I could not wear crocs. In addition to being a disabled veteran, it happened on Veterans Day as I was ending my workout. Mind you I've been a member for well over a year and visit the club 3 - 4 times a week and on EVERY visit, I have ALWAYS worn my crocs without commentary or incident. In fact, one of the club members complimented me on a new pair. Because of my disability, I have to wear footwear that is easy to put on and take off. I am told by their management that they don't allow crocs because of "safety concerns". The additional info nation I was provided was what if a weight fell on my foot. I guess they are not edified in footwear like full sneakers made of canvas which are even less safe than crocs. Even after I clearly explained to the manager that I have a disability and I do walk visibly assisted, she did not care. She did not care I am a disabled veteran and she did not care that it was veterans day. She also mentioned that it's out of her hands and after speaking to their corporate office, I was told each club can modify its own policy. So what I am left thinking? A power-hungry manager without empathy or sympathy. That's what I call a croc!!

Im not a big fan of this particular PF. One time i was mid rep and an employee came up and yelled at me for having my gym bag with me (that has my equipment im using in it). Which ive been doing for months, But then throughout the rest of my workout i saw other guys with their bags out and never got yelled at. Since then i decided to cancel my membership, dont enforce one rule for one person and nobody else! Let alone when someone is in the middle of a weight lifting exercise, atleast wait until theyre done!

Weekdays I go to the gym in the morning before work when Rebekah is working and on the weekends Terry is working. Both ladies are such an asset to Planet Fitness. Friendly, attentive, and hard working ladies!Keep up the good work!

Currently sitting in the parking lot looking at a sign on their door saying Closed Due to Inclement Weather. It’s cloudy. Yesterday, the same sign was up while it was sunny. I doubt we’ll be reimbursed for the two days out of our monthly membership, but I’m glad my time was wasted as well! Thanks

I’m just writing this because my experience was helpful for me to recognize what I do not what in a gym and hopefully the review could help someone else who is considering switching to pf. I’ve gone to many different gyms, including different planet fitnesses, and have never been approached so many times by employees to enforce a rule (which were understandable to a degree). I was told that I couldn’t have my bag on the floor because of a tripping hazard and as an alternative I put it on my back. I was a guest and don’t have a lock. I was approached again and told that I can’t have a gym bag outside of a locker at all because of the possibility of theft, despite carrying my bag. There’s also size limits for how much water you can have on you. I was considering switching to planet fitness and will not be based on the rigidity of their rules. I understand corporate says “xyz”, but I prefer an environment with more flexibility.

I'm always greeted with amazing smiles (under a mask) and I've never had any issues. It tends to get crowded in the evenings but that's expected. It's a very clean gym for how packed it is as well, definitely in a covid environment. Happy to attend there!

I have almost 10 year going to this gym and I love it but the new manager she is the worse, she doesn’t know how to comunícate with people and very rude person and always have bad altitud. I always go to the gym because I love the training with Kathy she is very nice but I’m really thinking about going to another gym because of that manager. A lot of people that going to the gym have the same complain about that managers 1 start because of her.
