I have only been to two CrossFit gyms and this one being the first. However, in comparison their programs, their equipment and hours, and their personal involvement will support your fitness goals better (but each box is different). It's more evolving forward than holding you back. Also, kind of shows that it's more stars from those in training and the lesser stars from those who are obviously not members.Try it out.

I set up an appointment with Crista as a beginner and she dedicated two entire sessions to teach me the basic fundamentals of their program. No pressure to advance faster than I was capable of, and very detailed with her instructions to help me learn. Patient, knowledgeable and tailored to my limited abilities. Exactly what I wanted to dip my toes into CrossFit.
