I really enjoy working out there. The music is good and the coaches make sure you are using good techniques so you don't hurt yourself. Great place!

I've had other gym membership and have attended many, many fitness classes. The workout I get at Orangetheory is easily the best workout I've ever gotten in a 1-hour class. I also love being able to track my workouts to see how many calories I burned, where I've improved since the last workout, etc. The coaches are friendly and super helpful as well!

Bethany is theeeeeeee best coach. I had so many health issues and she was able to inspire me, push me but also meet me where I am at. Some of my mom friends have joined so we can be fit and fab moms. It’s a great community! We miss ET but super thankful for Bethany

Orange theory fitness center is like no other workout place. The place is clean, the coaches are fantastic, the equipment and the workouts are great. Working out at Orange theory is more like working out at a studio then a gym. The workouts are different every day. It is not like working out at a normal gym. You make your work out as intense as you want to make it, the coaches are there to help you and to encourage you if you need it. Everyone there does the same work out for one hour. However, you select how hard you can work out. Not everyone can work out the same. On the treadmill some people walk and some people run you decide your self on how you want to work out. You decide yourself on what you can and cannot do.

Orange Theory is a fun, full body workout that goes by quickly. It’s strength, power and endurance all wrapped in one hour! The coaches are great along with their music they play! I’m addicted! I hate to miss a day
