Don't care for their basic policies. great equipment. But if you aren't already in shape hard to fulfill what they ask of you and way to expensive. But do have friends who live them.

Awful Customer Service. I tried to call to get some information and was told I had to come in before they would give me any prices. I kindly explained I wanted to know if if was even in my budget. I was told very sternly it is POLICY we do not tell anyone a price and the only way to find out was to come in and tour the facility and do a class. POOR Business practice and awful customer service!
