Always a friendly atmosphere when going here. Place is clean and well maintained. I joined after my doctor said, “You’re too big and you don’t move around enough.” I’m age 69 and found the body responds still to eating better and exercise. Also used the services of one of the kind trainers who was a great help. Overall, thumb’s way up!

I love this gym. I take silver sneakers class and the instructor is awesome. Also, really like the one minute circuit training area. It’s very clean and well kept. The only negative is that being a new member, when I signed up, I would have appreciated someone showing me all the equipment
