Amazing gym, clean friendly staff great equipment I loved my time here

Faulty and broken equipment. The whole gym is extremely dirty, especially the showers and restrooms.

A good size facility. Crowded and a bit messy. More care needed to keepWeights off the floor. (A huge safety factor). Equipment is generally in good order and the locker room is generally clean and tidy. Staff is on hand.

This place is one of the best 24hrs Fitness facilities. I’ve been to a handful of places and they do not upkeeps as good as this one. The Redlands 24hrs Fitness has great staffs and cleaned. They have a few sets of dumbbells, kettle bells, so you don’t have to wait on using them. They did added more stuff over the years, so that’s great. Loved the spa so much there so convenient for me, they kept up the cleaning in there, too. There some minor issues like some of the machines are not working and it’s been there. That’s pretty annoying getting on the machine and it doesn’t work. That’s why they only get 4 stars.

Need to clean the machines debri in cracks

Posting on behalf of a friend who received terrible service at this location. I have taken him to workout with me at the location in Moreno Valley. He was interested in signing up for a membership at the location in Redlands (closer to his home) and signed up for a free pass to check out the accommodations. When he arrived he was met by very rude employees who would not allow him to workout because he has gone to the Moreno Valley location with me. I understand if this is policy, but at the very least employees should be providing good customer service with respect and dignity. As a member of this gym, I am beyond disappointed. You lost yourself a new membership.

I'm suprised it's still open I came back to try it again and it is dirty! Maybe hire some cleaning services. I'll gladly take the job and clean it from head to toe

The spray bottles and paper towel dispensers are always empty, the people at front desk never walk around to clean or see what's needed for proper sanitation, The have signs everywhere but can't replenish paper towels or spray bottles. Machines are very dusty trash cans overflowing with garbage. Bring it up to management and they just shine you on with no care in the world. Maybe district manager or owner should make a visit.

I probably used an alias in posting how horribly horrific heinous & hideous the entire state and condition the shower 🚿 area was left in for hrs...well if those got rave reviews then check out these stills! I'll leave it to the imagination just what the photographer was humbly not going to put on blast yesterday when he initially discovered the unsanitary & unacceptable scene. However returning well over 24 hrs later to the similar repulsive circumstances defaulted the duty upon here as the outstanding member of the community that pretend to be.
