I have been going to Jeanette’s Pilates sessions for over eight years now and I can’t imagine not doing Pilates at least once a week!! It has helped with balance, posture (everyone noticed that), my “back fat” melted away, and, most recently, discovered I had gained a half inch in height!! At 71 that is quite an accomplishment!!

Jeanette is very knowledgable. I know I'm in good hands during my pilates workouts. She works through a myriad of "problem areas" caused by injury or aging. She is very good at customizing an exercise to match your level of ability, and safely challenging you to reach beyond. She has earned everyone of these 5 stars!
