I found this place on ClassPass and it instantly became my favorite gym in the South Bay Area. Reno is the man! He is super friendly, knowledgeable and pushes you during your workouts. They also offer open gym times which is great when you want to do your own thing or train with a buddy. Overall King Harbor provides a great atmosphere to workout at a great value. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get (or stay) in shape! 💪

Love coming here for their body-building and conditioning classes. The coaches really emphasize great form (Mike and Reno are awesome)!!!I haven't done jiujitsu here.Strongly would recommend this gym!!!Also love that they have helped me get better form to protect my knees and back and shoulders from injury.The community members are also all great 😊

My second home and the most inviting and inclusive gym I've ever been to. I've been attending functional bodybuilding classes (personal fave class that they offer) at KH for over a year and wanted to share what a special fitness space this is. Not only do they offer two types of strength and conditioning classes (Bodybuilding & Performance) but this is the place if you want to learn Muay Thai, boxing, or BJJ and train with legit competitive pro-fighters that are super nice and super skilled. I love the structure of the classes and the high level of instruction, the students in the class definitely start to form a bond as we work through the ever-evolving workouts that progress each week. Great space too if you're a beginner or just restarting your fitness journey.

I visited King Harbor whilst on vacation and it was like a home from home. Challenging and varied workouts, super supportive atmosphere, knowledgeable instructors. Couldn't recommend it enough

The owners and staff at King Harbor attract the most amazing energy. Truly every person that I have met at this gym has been a genuine, mindful, and kind soul.It is evident through the programming that this is mindful training designed to help your body get stronger in an efficient and effective way. Awesome group of people! This is a great gym to start or continue your fitness journey. Everyone is very encouraging without being pushy. You can modify any workout to make it safe for you and reach your goals. Lucas is an amazing programmer and makes sure you hit all major and accessory muscle groups. I definitely recommend checking out this gym!

I have been going to King Harbor Fitness for about a year and a half. I have nothing but great things to say about this gym. The facility is great with everything you could possibly need to help you on your fitness journey. It is always clean and well maintained. Next, the community that the owners (Lucas and Hannah) have built is one of a kind. Everyone is very supportive and encouraging which fosters an atmosphere for growth and accountability. The coaching at King Harbor is absolutely top class. The workouts are carefully programmed with a specific goal in mind. The coaches ensure your safety and unlock your best physical capabilities by correcting form and scaling certain exercises. And they even offer a recovery class to make certain you are addressing areas that have been used in the workouts. The recovery class is also used to improve your mobility to help you in future workouts. If you are in the South Bay Area I cannot recommend this place enough. Here at King Harbor Fitness you will find everything you could possibly need in your health and wellness journey.

King harbor has been such a home for me since moving to the South Bay almost a year ago. Lucas and Hannah are awesome gym owners and keep the place feeling like a community. Super easy to schedule open gyms and my dog loves it here too!

I know all the crossfit gyms around South Bay then i definitely can say that King Harbor is the best one.Lucas has a large experience and knowledge allowing him to understand the need individually of everyone there. The BJJ classes of Carlos has a very welcome environment and it is an other way to improve your health.

As a fitness professional myself, it is hard to find a gym community that is inviting and educating for all levels. King Harbor has been a breath of fresh air in the fitness community. I love the variety in the workouts and the professionalism of the coaches. They are highly educated and passionate about fitness and they help you with proper form for each workout. They also focus on mobility and stretching which is key to preventing injury and having an optimal workout. I’ve enjoyed expanding my fitness knowledge as well as trying new workouts that are challenging and fun! I’m always excited to get a workout in at King Harbor!
