Orange Theory is efficient! In one hour I get a really great, full body workout with strength and cardio. It never feels boring either since the workout changes all the time within the format of using treadmill, rower, and floor/strength exercises. The coaches are well trained and always offer alternatives for people with physical limitations which is huge for someone like me who has arthritis in the knee from former soccer injury/surgery.

I have enjoyed the fitness program at Orangetheory very much. The staff is very friendly, the coaches are great, and the workout is all you want it to be. All levels of fitness can benefit and improve using this program. I highly recommend giving Orangetheory a try.

I joined last year, went 2-3 days a week for around 6 months and really enjoyed it. As soon as the mask mandate was lifted all the chickens came back and the place just felt over crowded with all the stations filled, its a pretty small place. Needless to say.I no longer felt comfortable there despite how great the coaches were. I was ultimately stuck having to pay for two more months from the day I quit. No one followed up or actually cared that they lost a customer.
