I’ve worked with Diesel for both lifestyle and competition training and he is hands down the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve had. I’ve been able to see a complete transformation with my physique and even though I moved out of town and no longer able to train with him, I felt confident to be able MAINTAIN my desired physique. I first met DeSean when I was a youth (14) now (25) and he has been instrumental to my growth as a man. Not only does he offer top notch professional coaching in just about every lane but he allows a relationship to be formed. Throughout my years of running track and playing football at the collegiate level, anytime I had the chance I would link back up with DeSean because he always got my body in its best form and I would go back to school with a focus that I haven't captured alone. I could write 10,000 examples as to how my life is better through his programs and guidance. For the sake of the review though, he is by far the best Coach and mentor I have ever been blessed with and its an honor to consider him family🙏🏽 Growth is the goal and the peers I had during my training are my best friends to this day. There is so much more being offered than training but the training alone also speaks for itself. Check him out if you get the chance it could change your life💯

I trained with Desean. For 2 years! He was there to support my workouts, nutrition and personal well-being in an upbeat setting. He always pushed me to improve and keep going to reach my goals. I first started training with Coach D when I was a freshman in high school and have trained with him all through college. He was more than a trainer, he was a mentor. Been knowing DeSean for years and never loses his drive. Every training session he brings his A-game and always leaves me feeling more accomplished. Really appreciate and respect him as a trainer and refer anyone and everyone to him I can. I’ve seen him first hand save my dads life due to obesity. Diesel Fitness is the place to be if you want to get better for any sport or just overall physique at any level, any age. From Little League, to High school, college and even Professional. He will push you to limits you never thought you could get to. While bettering your physical aspect of getting fit, He will also better your mindset and mental aspect of things through Love, Companionship, and just the right amount of pushing, to get you to where you want to be. I can confidently say I would recommend Diesel Fitness to absolutely anyone!

Desean was great to use for my personal trainer. I have used him now for 2 years and he has helped me to manage my diet and stay in shape. He has been a great influence on my overall health and a constant reminder on living a healthy lifestyle. If you need to bulk up or get lean his cardio and weight lifting techniques are proven!
