Really wish planet fitness took better care of cleaning their showers. Full of mildew and mold; wish they were as serious about cleaning as they are to make sure your 4 day old bill is paid before working out . You can smell it soon as you walk In bathroom

Is okay just the paper roll dispensers are always empty. And the employees do not care to refill them. As for now. Lake forest park location does a great job with this.

Weekend hours have been shortened. It used to be 7am-9pm but now It is 7am-7pm. I prefer to have the original closing time of 9pm.

No free weights. When you enter, you can smell the sweat, but then you get used to it. Possible ventilation problems.

Jason Marshall is the regional manger for this part of town…Overnight staff can’t even help me sign up for membership…? I don’t understand

The new gym in Bellevue Is a really nice ,Clean and the people that works there is really nice.

My friend is translating this for me. I speak only Spanish. I was discriminated in that Renton Planet Fitness by an employee called Ben Nong. I got out of work and I was going to use the locker room to take a shower since I was a paying member with access to all Planet Fitness locations and Beng Nong would not allow me to enter the gym because I had sandles on and he spoke to me in a very unfriendly way. So I told him to cancel my account and he canceled it and told me (Go!). As my friend reads the cancel document attached in the email; Ben Nong put that my canceled membership was because of a policy violation but that is not a fact. I told him to cancel my account since he was being very rude to me and did not let me enter the gym because I had sandles on to go take a quick shower after work. I am very disappointed fron the service I received at that Planet Fitness in Renton. I started my membership in Woodinville and never was treated like that in the Woodinville location.

I am not a member of the club, but my son goes there. I've read some of the comments that it's badly cleaned. I would like to tell all current and future Planet Fitness members to be cultured people and clean up after every seat in the club. You see, the people who work there are supposed to keep it clean, they are not your servants to clean up all the garbage that you left there. Your attitude towards the club's employees and the way you treat everything speaks of your culture and respect, first of all, for yourself. Purely not where they clean, but where they do not litter. Thanks to all the staff of the club for their work and our opportunity to improve our health there, relax in decent conditions.
