Great local gym, focus on functional fitness, workout mixed up daily with three round of about 12 exercises, 1 minute each. Adaptable to different levels of fitness. Get ready for whatever life brings including all your favorite sports. Good people, music, vibe, instructions. In and out in an hour, great workouts! Also their flow yoga is fantastic. Not too fast, yet very effective! Parking is easy.

This gym is going to spoil me for every other kind of working out. I love the focus on flexibility and coordination as well as cardio and weights. When you burn out of CrossFit go here!

I love this place; it feels like working in a nice garage with friends. It's the only place I've been able to maintain a gym routine; maybe because of the litany of funny jokes Travis is always throwing out.
