Do not go here. Signed up for a membership, hand to cancel. Did so in the three days, in writing to the address specified. They ignored this request. They continued to then charge an annual fee. When they were contacted about it- they treated this as the first time we were contacting them to cancel. We still have not gotten our money back or an explanation from them.

I’ve been a member since 2021 and always have liked coming here. The paper towels are rarely stocked but overall it’s a decent gym. I recently discontinued my membership because there is another gym closer to me.I still have membership active until the beginning of March. I wanted to go to the gym with a friend and thought I could use a guest pass. I was told that I don’t have guest privileges since I am not an active member anymore. (That seems fair I get that). The only solution they gave my friend was to pay $20 to enter. I asked if my friend could start a trial and the front desk told me I can talk to an employee named Ed. Ed came to the front and asked us what was going on. I said my friend would like to start a trial please since I cannot have a guest pass. Ed told us that we are basically out of luck and that we should’ve done it ahead of time. I asked why and he said that they’re not doing trials right now. As we were waiting, my friend hopped on the la fitness website and secured a QR code for a 3 day trial within 5-10 minutes. We went back to the front desk and they accepted his trial QR code. My main issue is why didn’t Ed say “If you go into our website you can receive a QR code shortly.” Instead he told us that they are not doing trials and my friend would have to pay $20.

Zero stars. I am a member. wanted to plug in my laptop so i could work for 15 mins. manager said i couldn't. so humiliating getting told, not by the manager, who wouldn't even come out to talk to me direct, but the message "this isn't a cafe". yeah, i get it, its a gym, but you could accommodate a paying member who needed an electrical outlet for 15 minutes... horrible customer service by the manager.. receptionist up front needs a raise though, he was great. manager needs re-training....

This is my preferred club. It's large and has lots of equipment. With that said the bathroom sinks constantly are out of soap and tonight they turned off half the lights 40 minutes before close which was a bit annoying. 10 minutes before would make sense but 40 min.?

Love LA Fitness, great gym, and nice staff. HOWEVER this place needs a cleaning. Every trash overflowing, paper towels with blood in sink, banana peels, nowhere to throw anything out. Just feels so dirty. I understand they are probably short of staff but come on. Step it up!
