Just wanna share experience about personal trainer program. The trainer is good, but I think there’s some serious operation practice wrong. I signed the half year program with them by the end of last year. But I didn’t feel this program fitted me, so I talked the trainer who agreed that he wouldn’t charge me and would stopped sessions with me. I thought this was ok and they wouldnot charge my credit card after half year program. The trainer didn’t charge me at any sessions after I talked to him face to face. But I just found in my credit card a couple of weeks ago, they keep charging me $214 every month even after 6 months contract. I asked why they didn’t check the trainer , as he didn’t charge me but they kept charging my credit card. They told me I needed talk to the front desk and cancel the agreement. I feel this is trap if they really provide with good service and call me that I should sign another cancellation contract with them at gym. Due to their internal miscommunication, I have to pay the extra more than $800 for nothing, as this is private personal training session. I didn’t get service at all, but they keep charging me every month, even if I request and question their practice, but they cannot refund me. I feel this is definitely very wrong practice! I hope the ppl like me can be got justice.

I expected better. Parking was a true nightmare. Was lucky to even find a spot in the actual parking lot. Bathroom and Locker rooms were in serious need of updating and repair. The steps of the pool were extremely slick. Several machines were down for maintenance. The worst part was there is no cell service in this building and the Wi-Fi, even though it’s be at full bars, doesn’t work. Had to work out for 3 hours in silence staring into space like some kind of psychopath.

On 7/16/2023I recently visited my gym with a guest as a VIP member, hoping to introduce them to the fantastic facilities and services available. However, I was deeply disappointed with the receptionist's behavior and lack of courtesy during our visit. As a VIP member, I had a 7-day guest pass that allowed me to bring someone along to experience the gym. I had informed the receptionist about this arrangement, but from the moment my guest arrived, it was evident that the receptionist was reluctant to let them inside. Not only did the receptionist appear unwelcoming, but their lack of politeness was evident when they interacted with both me and my guest. Instead of offering a warm greeting or explaining any concerns they might have, the receptionist's attitude was dismissive and abrupt.

Very nice facility, big and open, can get busy but there is always something to use still, great personal trainers too, the locker rooms are nice and updated. Bathrooms could use some work

Cheap membership. Great amenities! They have some wonderful evening classes. The instructors here are better than other clubs but some morning zumba teachers are uncoordinated and unskilled

Too expensive and too busy!! I joined the membership fee spent $153 and my first month’s fee was $53. My friend's membership is only $40 a month, and I just joined later. I hate this. I don't need any extra facilities, such as a sauna, …

ZERO STARS!!! By far the worst gym I've ever been to. If the commercial gym scene wasn't so limited in Seattle, I would've cancelled my member a long time ago. The equipment is extremely old, there's way too many teenagers slamming weight and hogging machines, and the equipment layout makes the gym feel crammed.

I have been a member of LA Fitness for over 5 years. I have used their facilities in numerous states. However, this is hands down the worst location they own. Broken machines and missing parts. But the real issue— the staff. …

A lot of equipment is broken- treadmills missing buttons, a pull up machine that used to be assisted is missing the step. The recent renovations are nice but they take up valuable gym space. It’s really hard to get a bench or squat rack …
