I met nick through a mutual friend years ago. I never sought out his services because I felt good, physically. As I’ve gotten older, the energy I had was no longer there. I’m also dealing with health conditions that are taxing, both mentally and physically and it has started to affect my productivity. I needed to find an alternative to caffeine as it is no longer as effective, so I decided to take another approach. I’ve been having virtual sessions with Nick the last few months and it has made a difference in energy levels. Though getting in shape wasn’t my goal, fitness has helped in every aspect of life. I’m more productive and I feel and look better. I had more energy just after a week and I saw a noticeable difference after about 6 weeks! The program we came up with fit my busy schedule with minimal changes to my lifestyle. Definitely worth a shot to work with him if you’re constantly in the go, but want to get healthy.

Kevin(KP) is the best! For a while I’ve been working out on my own, so having him has really helped me progress. He’s shown me proper form to get optimal progress at the gym. On top of all of that he’s given me solid nutrition advice, especially for breakfast! His go-to protein pancakes and egg whites meal has me on top of my daily protein intake!I highly recommend him as a trainer!

Working out with Nick is the first time I've ever felt comfortable with a trainer. And he makes it fun! Nick creates such an inspiring place for people to get healthy and strong. He really spends the time and energy to get to know his clients. Hands down the best experience I've ever had working out!

Coach Nick is the best in the game. Brings tons of energy, knowledge, motivation, and what not. He understood my goal from get-go and it’s been never looking back since then. Cutting down 6% of body fat within the first 2 months! While adding on 4 lbs of muscle mass. Phew!! Lfg! We’re hitting new Pr’s every week. Nick not only level ups the intensity but he definitely knows how to make these workouts fun and engaging. He’s a true professional, a great mentor, and is extremely passionate about fitness!

I have been training with coach Nick for a year now. He is by far the best coach I've ever had. I have lost close to 30 lbs, 7% of body fat and gained a great amount of body muscles. I have become a lot more confident with my workout routine, diet plan and overall appearance. Coach Nick has provided me a solid workout routines and diet based on my goals and personal reference. He makes every workout session super enjoyable and effective which is very helpful to make your goals a long term and sustainable plan.Coach Nick is very passionate about what he is doing and always gives 100% attention to his clients every session. I started training with Nick around August of this year and since then, I've seen tremendous improvement towards my fitness goals and nutrition. Nick started off by assessing my goals and helped me map a plan to achieve the results I was looking for. He consistently checked in with me on the workout plan and scheduled time to measure the progression. The result was packing on the most muscle I've ever had and hitting some major PR's on workouts like bench press and barbell squat.
