It is very expensive considering they don't guarantee spots for people. Essentially, from my experience a while ago. We stopped going because they allowed some people to sign up for infinite spots a week and they would just choose every …

Joining OTF Renton Highlands was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Every penny spent, is worth it. I'm very thankful for all the coaches and the staff. They make my "workout" experience fun and enjoyable every single time I go. Join this studio, it's the best!!! *sorry i think i accidently deleted my first review!**

What a great studio! I was visiting for vacation and they opened their arms and doors wide and welcomed me as if I had been a member there for years! Josh, Brandon, and Veronica were fantastic in each of their roles! I will definitely be making this my Seattle-area go-to studio. Well done!

Over the years, I've been to lots of different gyms and fitness programs. (My local JCC, 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, and many others.) I've sadly had many poor experiences over the years, mainly around harassment from other gym goers. (Sadly...mainly men.)It can also be really hard to tell when exercise is effective when you don't have a good way of tracking it. I can count reps, or time myself on a treadmill, but what effect is it having on me? What's my heart rate? How do I determine all of that? This can cause me to plateau, because I don't know where to improve or what to work on. I've also found that I get distracted when I have a partner to work out with, but also do well in a class environment. But I'm an introvert and always HATED being called out by a coach publicly!Orangetheory Fitness has helped me with all these things! I don't deal with any harassment or impolite behavior anymore in a gym setting, I can see what my results are with splat points and my heart rate which guides me to know where to be more intense, and I am surrounded by motivated peers and kind yet intentional coaches (big shout out to Luis!) that keep my focus on my workout!Thank you OTF team!- Rose

I’ve always had anxiety about getting into the gym, and have recently started going to class here and love it. It’s a very friendly environment and everyone has a good time!

OTF Renton Highland’s staff, and coaches are welcoming. They really provide that positive energy and makes the classes more fun and engaging. I’m happy so far that I’ve signed up and will continue my fitness journey with OTF.

I started on my workout journey at OTFRH about 4.5 years ago. The staff and coaches were so welcoming and continue to be. Members are friendly and encouraging, and it’s a great community to be a part of. The workouts are always great and well rounded! I go 3-4 times per week, have done 5am, closing, morning, and afternoon classes, 2G, 3G, 90min as well as the new lift 45. They are all great! (Minus the 5am unless you’re a morning person 😉) If you are looking to begin or continue on your workout journey, this is a great place to start!

#tcorangeteam I love so many things about OTF- from the staff knowing everyone by name (how do they remember so many people?!), to the individual accountability getting our splats each workout- you are always guaranteed a great workout and you just have to show up and put in the effort!
