Reign Fitness is a unique gym in that it prides itself in being a family gym, a place for members of the community to come together with the common goal of becoming healthier. The members here are all encouraging and positive; even though some members train for competitions, you never feel inferior to anybody. The coaches all stress proper form over going heavy and they are alert for signs of injury or repetitive stress pains. I love the mixers they plan too! Overall, if you are looking for results in a fun atmosphere where you will meet new awesome kind people, this gym is for you.

Was member of Reign for a good year. Hands down was in the best shape I've ever been in since High School! All the coaches are amazing!Very friendly and welcoming environment. When I first started I was the last person to finish the set, the other members joined me so that I wasn't the last one/only person left!
