Wow, what a cool gym. Such a relief from the bigger gyms. The new owner and staff are top notch! The atmosphere and members are friendly and nice. It's clean and comfortable with everything you need to get a good workout in at the right price! PLUS there's tanning beds for us pasty folk.

Great gym. Not too big, not too small. Has a good range of equipment. good atmosphere and lighting. People are friendly and it’s inexpensive. What else do you need from a gym?

Great experience.-This gym has everything you need. It is a clean and tidy, well operated establishment with some of the friendliest staff. Sydney was a mix of kind, respectful, and efficient when getting my buddy and I signed up. Kevin has done a great job at creating an environment that makes you excited to come back to the gym. Sydney gave my friend and I a card for free shakes at Sachse Nutrition just a couple doors which was above and beyond a great experience as well. If you are looking for a gym where the staff are going to operate with care and compassion, look no further. Thank you FX!

The staff is solid, really friendly and helpful, Kevin and Nicole are the best! They have a great selection of weights even hammer weights. 24 hrs, and Tanning. The rates are extremely fair. I’ve worked out most of my life, this is the best fitting Gym for me.
