I was in to cancel a membership. If I cancelled right then and signed up later, it would be more expensive. They offered to suspend it at no cost while I contemplate not going for another 6 months in which I could unsuspend at anytime or cancel all together. They weren't pushy, they were polite and prompt. I can appreciate that. Didn't check out the machinery, but it looked like less machines than when it was YouFit. Nice people to deal with from my encounter.

We went there to tour this club and was met at the front by an individual who apparently was having a bad day. No greeting, no smile, not willing to help or listen. She questioned us repeatedly and never waited for our answer. Definitely not an inviting atmosphere. Our money and time will not be spent here.

Been going for 3yrs staff is great Jim and Julio are great can’t complain at all. Great equipment and everything clean and new. I give it more than 5 ⭐️ . And what’s even better is how the staff is always smiling and especially while getting a protein shake after a work out! Especially Bridget she makes everyone smile while your at the gym!
