HOTWORX - Richardson, TX

I started coming here a few months ago and i LOVE IT. The staff is so friendly and Shon always makes my day! My fav is hot cycle :)

genuinely love hot worx! you can't unjustify 15 minutes of your day to workout and because it's in a sauna room you get double the sweat and burn! and they have so many options whether you want to have a low intensity day with yoga/pilates or a high intensity workout! all the workers here are so friendly too! shon and keon are so kind!

I had heard about Hotworx for a while before I decided to check it out for myself. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and create a welcoming atmosphere that make coming into a gym so much better. They are quick to answer questions, help you with anything, and ensure you have a great experience every time you come. The gym is always clean, which is a huge plus!

I’ve been coming here since February and I absolutely love it! So many different classes to choose from, and it’s open 24hrs which is perfect with my busy schedule.

I’ve been going to this Hotworx location for about 20 months. I have to say the last couple of months have been the best I’ve experienced with equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and friendliness! Love it!

I have always wondered about this gym, so one day I decided to check it out. The staff was very friendly and explained the benefits of their saunas with working out. They had a pretty good new membership deal along with discounts on their products. I’ve been going for a month now and I can say I’m happy I finally joined HOTWORX!

Brand new year and I’m glad to get back in the gym at HOTWORX. This place is not only affordable and convenient (open 24 hrs), you can really get a great workout in a short amount of time in the suanas. I just moved from the McKinney location to the Richardson area only to find that the same, great owner has recently bought this location. Maria (the owner) is fantastic and really cares about the studio she manages and the customers at her locations. I expect great things from this gym and I look forward to burning some calories at this gym.

Shoutout to Richardson for their studio always being so clean and so inviting to all of their members! This one stop shop provides yoga, pilates, cycle (personal favorite) and so so much more. If you're thinking about it, GO! The staff is top notch and will be sure to help you every step of the way.

Although I've witnessed wonderful results, I would not go to this location. The fact that I was scheduled for 10am session for my VERY 1st session and thinking NO ONE is available when arrived was one thing. I called several times as suggested to do once I arrived. NO answer. Then to have someone walk by the door and look at me was something else. Gave me bad vibes instantly. I stood there for a minute thinking someone or maybe even she would come back. NO! If I had read the reviews on the rudeness, I wouldn't have been surprised, but I would like to think this doesn't represent the company as a whole. My dear friend really enjoys it. So, I'm thinking that you probably shouldn't choose this location. ESPECIALLY not for your 1st time. Unfortunately, it was the closest to me, but there are plenty elsewhere. Smh

Friendly staff and clean facility! If you're looking for something different, HOTWORX is the place to be! I love that I can get a great workout in the sauna and finish it off with some weight lifting in the FX zone. So thankful to be part of the HOTWORX family!
