Best martial arts program in town. Why? The program is run by a former UFC Champion. There are programs for all ages and skill levels. The fitness equipment in this gym is incredible. Prices are amazing. Culture is the best. Good people.

Great environment. Staff is great! Monse at the front desk always has a smile on her face makes us feel welcomed every time we come in. The Jiu Jitsu instructors pushes you to do better and my fitness has improved. The gym is super clean with very nice locker rooms! That is a plus!

I Love this place. All of the staff is great. I always get a great workout and learn martial arts at the same time. The schedule is also great you can find classes in the morning noon and in the evenings. 5 stars all the way!

I absolutely love training at this gym! They offer excellent training for men, women, and children of all ages and skill levels. If you are just looking for fitness, self defense or if you are a professional fighter... you are in good hands with the highly skilled instructors.

This is the absolute best Martial Arts gym. Coaches Michael, Audrey, and David are incredible teachers of the sport. I have gained so much by learning from them and have embraced the family environment that this gym fosters. Come check it out!

This facility has been recently renovated and has no shortage of equipment. Everything is clean and new, so no broken machines here!The BJJ program is run by high level coaches and black belt competitors. It's very competitive but is suitable for all ages and skill levels, even if you're just looking for a fun hobby. I've been training under these coaches and other Checkmat affiliates for 2 years and I couldn't wish to be anywhere else. Everyone is very encouraging and we all push each other to be the better versions of ourselves.

All of the coaches are world class amazing and help bring out the best in us - the equipment is top notch and never have to wait - Monse at the front desk is knowledgeable and friendly just like all the other front office personnel. Can’t say enough great things about Mezger Martial Arts. Our family has been a part of Mezger Martial Arts for years. Through building ownership changes, the quality of instruction has always been top notch. We are actively involved in the BJJ program and the coaching and high-level teammates can’t be matched anywhere. My only complaint is that the gym is almost 20 miles from our house 😀. But, we make the drive past lots of other gyms because of the quality of the gym, the coaching and the team that feels like family.

Mezger Martial Arts is absolutely fantastic. I started training kickboxing and Muay Thai with them earlier this year, going about 5 times a week, and cannot speak highly enough about the program and all the coaches. Every coach, including Guy Mezger himself (who I now take 1 on 1 classes with), are all so invested in the growth of every student. Coming to this as an absolute beginner, they have been nothing but kind and patient while motivating me push myself to new levels and improve my skills. Each coach has professional fighting history and knows their stuff while having their own teaching styles and that's really helped me. I couldn't even pick a favorite one since they're all so good.I'd also like to mention the students here. Everyone student I've met here has been so welcoming. When I get partnered with someone much more advanced or who competes, they too take their time to help me and improve my skills, no big egos or aggression to deal with here. I've got to give credit to Guy and his team on building an amazing community like this.
