Great workouts, no nonsense, zero attitude. Vedo and Kathy CARE about their clients. They go above and beyond to come up with fitness solutions that meet their clients needs. They are exceptional at motivating and creating results-tailored workouts while also respecting any injuries or areas that may require restorative strength training. All fitness levels are welcome and that’s not just something they say, they truly mean it. The staff at SFG is driven by their clients’ success and you can truly feel it when you walk into this gym. The gym itself has top of the line equipment , allowing for lots of variety in workouts. It’s kept very clean and tidy, with great amenities and without big-box type gym upcharges for them. SFG is a great place to work out and best of all, it’s FUN!

I have been a member of Smarter Fitness Gym for over three years now. The quality of training the exceptional environment and most importantly, the gym members make this one of the premier gyms in Dallas. So lucky to have found them!

Just joined this gym and so far no complaints. Staff is friendly and they have everything I need. Everything works and even locker room is clean and smells fine unlike other gyms I have been too.

The workouts were exactly what I was looking for. I leave the gym drenched in sweat. My strength and conditioning has really improved. I’ve been a member less than six months and I’m on a first name basis with nearly everyone at the gym.

The gym is kept very clean and it usually isn't too busy. We do tend to go when most people are probably working. The staff is friendly and the other members are cordial and respectful. I am enjoying my membership.

As an avid fitness lover I typically like to bounce around to different gyms and try new things, but I’ve been a member at SFG for a year and a half now and I don’t see myself going anywhere any time soon. The work outs are always different …

I love SFG!!! I can do a super hard workout without feeling like a newbie. The trainers do a great job helping me learn how to do the workouts the right way, and their energy is incredible!!! …

I have been going for several months and have seen my body transform before my eyes – where as with other trainers at other gyms, I have not seen any change.Vedo and his team are so encouraging yet demanding with their workouts.I feel more energized after my workouts with Vedo. The gym is always very clean and tidy. I cannot say enough positives about SFG. They are so committed to helping their customers transform and strengthen their bodies, my son is now seeing Vedo for his personal fitness needs.

Hands down my favorite Gym and staff in DFW! Vedo is a world class trainer and his work outs / equipment are top notch. More than a great work out, SFG is clean and has a fun atmosphere but they don't mess around. Do yourself a favor and try them out

SFG is definitely a top notch gym. Great trainers and members. As previous review mentioned, it is a no BS gym and great for any fitness level. The workouts are always challenging and dynamic...and most importantly, if you go on the regular you will get results! Go check them out.
