By far the best BJJ gym in the bay area. Kaue is a great instructor and creates a fun and friendly atmosphere for everyone to learn and enjoy their time. I would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone thinking about trying BJJ to come here.

Kaue is very good coach, he works in improving your skills daily, he will teach you step by step on each movements for jiu jitsu, he is always patient and ready the teach! He is very kind and treats everybody equally, he is the head coach but also a dad to our checkmat family. Come join us!
