Grateful to finally have high intensity pilates in the neighborhood! I've done 6 classes and each one has been great. I appreciate Evee's careful watch on your form and hands-on adjustments. The studio is light-filled, clean, and the machines are high-end. They also have my favorite brand of grip socks for sale. I look forward to more from Plank + Power! Trust - you will be sore.

A machine is so unsuspecting! If you want a HARD workout this is it- I tried my first class today and hope to add this once a week into my routine

“stay and get your a$$ beat!” —a quote from jersey shore that is also applicable to every workout class i attend at p+p. Amazing workout that’s always challenging, fun with an inclusive, comfortable environment. Great addition to ec!

This is an amazing place for all experience levels of Pilates! I am new to reformer Pilates and all the coaches have been amazing. They are very proactive about making sure you know what you’re doing and how to keep proper form. This is also a really positive environment, the staff and members are all kind and inclusive. I highly recommend giving Plank+Power a try!

I’ve done 2 classes (so far!) and love it here! Such a beautiful space and really lovely, supportive instructors. I’ve never done reformer/xformer Pilates and it is humbling but totally doable. Instructors give modifications and lots of explanation and encouragement. Before my first class, one of the instructors told me to give myself grace during the workout (appreciated!) and maybe something to incorporate more into daily life too?? Clients are a variety of ages and body types and everyone has been friendly. I’ve noticed that my mind quiets and I’m able to just be fully present in the workout instead of running through my to-do’s or thinking about what’s next. A great full body workout and a sense of accomplishment once it’s done. Definitely recommend!

With recuring running injuries my physical therapist suggested pilates to help strengthen my core and to improve my mobility. As someone who loves high impact workouts I found traditional pilates tough to stick with. …

I have had a sore knee for years. I have gone to PT, the Chiro and massage to help it heal. One time to Pilates and - boom- the knee pain is gone! Ok…the rest of me hurts - but the good kind of muscle ache! I will take that over pain any day. I am sold. And have now gone 3 times in the past 4 days.

Plank + Power is beautiful!! I’ve taken classes with both Megan and Abby and I always feel like I’m getting the best workout I can in the 45 minutes I’m there. I feel stronger each class I take. I’m obsessed!!
